brochures

There was a scouts CIP. I think it was 2 days ago.
We had to help in an art competition.

Charles and I had to usher people. Most of them smiled but a
few just walked past, oblivious.

We stood beside the door for like, 3 hours?

Then this lady gave us some brochures to give out to the ppl.

I was like, "Good morning, pls take one." People looked at the brochures
for one second and then walked away. What the hell?
I thought it was real easy doing this job but now
I can feel the pain of those who also do this job in MRTs, in malls and so on.
They only need to take one. They won't even realize it.

Then I told one guy to take one. He joked "One only? Can't I take all?"

I had about 50 and I only managed to give out like 7?
