4x4 attention

Yeah! I was taking a bus home and I was holding my almost solved 4x4. Then 2 hot chinese girls near me saw it. One pointed at it. Then they started talking in rapid Chinese. Of course I can't understand what the hell they were talking about but I sensed an

IMPRESSED TONE.

Unfortunately for me, I heard the phrase 'act cool'. haha. so much for attention.

1st detention/ FCS / Running through a net

After 9 months, 10 days countless hours and minutes of studying in AI... I served detention for the 1st time in my life.

Mr Ong gave me and a couple of my friends 1 hour discount but it was still boring nonetheless.
Near the end of 1st hour, Ongster conducted a survey.

He said

Sometimes due to some medical conditions, boys cannot be caned. So he will be given 3 detentions as an equivalent to 1 caning. So would you rather be caned or serve 3 detentions?

He asked one boy...

Ongster: Which one would u choose?
Boy: Cane ah
Ongster: Why?
Boy: Caning so fast. Detention so slow.

Then Ongster asked the girls the same question. (If girls are allowed to be caned)

There were 3 girls and all said yes, i think.
Then the boy asked " Cane where?"

Ongster: At the butt. Where else?
Boy: I thought at the hand
Ongster: Hands have nerves so if u miss u might break the person's hand. But butt doesn't have nerves so it heals fast.

I was trying to aim for a 1 year record without detention. So close.

I was walking past the general office with Ash when suddenly Mr Fong asked me

"Hey, u scout right? come here"

Then he pointed to Ash

"Hey u, u also scout right? Come here"

He was lecturing a girl about her tucked out shirt.

"Do you know that the whole time I'm in school, my shirt is NEVER tucked out? And it's not completely tucked all the way in. Then why is your shirt out? Let me enlighten you, you pulled it out. I can do a Science experiment with u to see if your shirt will become tucked out."

I was like, what does this have to do with us?

That whole time we were beside him during his lecture. Then suddenly he told us,

"Hey you two. Why are you eavesdropping on me?"

What the hell? He called us and he said we're eavesdropping on him. FCS has serious problems with Scouts.

We played volleyball behind the D and T room. And it soon turned out to be a soccer match between Dhipan and Ash. The ball flew away, and Dhipan and Ash were sprinting through a series of volleyball nets. Then I saw Ash run through a net. It knocked him off his feet and landed on his ass. Then he lay down on the floor like a corpse. With the carcass of his phone beside him.

I ran to him really trying hard to control laughter. Then suddenly Dhipan LOLed and I did the same. He's okay except for a broken (not sure) arm.

How could someone run through a net? That's ridiculous

Folie à Deux

Last day of sept. holidays. Bummer.

Anyway, Fall Out Boy's next album will be released on Nov. 4 this year. It's called

Folie à Deux

which means the 'shared madness of two'. Dunno what language the phrase was taken from. I think it's either French or Latin.

So far, the only song from the album that i know is 'I Don't Care'. I don't know what to say about it... i think i'll give it 3 out of 5.

Something interesting happened today!

I was walking along a path with my friend. I was using my 4x4 cube when suddenly, WHOA! one of the pieces popped out and rolled on the metal bars of the drain. "SHIT!" i thought.


Without wasting another second, I told my friend "Yo!" and at that moment the piece WENT INTO THE DRAIN. My friend didn't even have time to react coz he was too engrossed with the newly installed Cheat device in his PSP for GTA vice city stories. When we looked at the drain, the piece was nowhere to be found.

My friend said

"Oh man, life sucks. Just forget about it."

I wasn't to give up that easily coz if one piece was missing, the whole cube would be useless. We raised the bars of the drain for a better view of what was under. But I didn't dare go inside let alone put my head inside. I wasn't going to do that in front of so many people.

So we figured that the piece was carried of by the flowing current. So we followed the current.

We looked at every drain but there was no sight of the elusive piece. In the end I gave up.
I called my friend Charles. He told me that he would give me one his 4x4 pieces so I was saved. The pieces of his 4x4 was removed and it was near impossible to put them back together so it was useless. We went to his house nearby and put one of his piece. After that the cube was as good as new.

PS. Recently, I did something crazy by asking the cashier in Mac for a Big Breakfast at around 11 PM
